This is absolutely lovely! The extra large scallop shell allows a good amount of the design to shine through! Decoupaged on the front and back, the design is a Chinoiserie blue and white floral design with a bird perched in a bloom. The front and back are dressed up in gold gilt edging and the topper is a gold bead with a navy blue grosgrain ribboned bow and hanger. Classy!
