Decoupaged Oyster Shell Twelve Days of Christmas Set
Christmas at its most Christmasy! (is that even a word?) But yes! Nothing lifts the Christmas spirit like singing the “12 Days of Christmas” and Andy Williams himself would have had a set of these Christmas treasures. 12 carefully chosen oyster shells are each decoupaged with one of the 12 Days of Christmas iconic verses. The First day is, of course, A Partridge in a Pear Tree. The Second is 2 turtle doves. The Third is 3 French hens. The Fourth, 4 calling birds, The Fifth, 5 golden rings. The Sixth, 6 geese a laying. The Seventh, 7 swans a’swimming. The eighth, 8 maids a’milking. The ninth, 9 ladies dancing. The Tenth is 10 lords a-leaping. The Eleventh is 11 pipers piping and the Twelvth is 12 drumming. Each shell is exquisitely edged on both sides with gold gilt paint and the backs are painted white. The tops each have a gold and white bead with a red or green satin ribboned bow and hanger. They are truly heirloom quality and will be favored treasures for years to come. There are four pictures. The first two are of the first half of the set, front and back and the last two are the last half of the set, front and back. This deal is a steal!
